The rest of May 2016, after the weekend of the blessings.Lots of the same from babies and sleepy parents.

Hannah wrapped up after a bath, looking a little confused.

Finley waiting his turn for a bath, looking confused.

Finley posy bath, still confused.

The kids had to get ultrasounds on their hips at 6 weeks old.  Finley had a little click/pop and Hannah was a breech female.  We had to take them to Primary Children's for the ultrasound. The machine turned off and we had to wait.  While talking with the ultrasound tech we told her that we worried we'd get back to Blanding and learn that we had to come back because of a bad film or a problem.  She jumped up and promised to find a radiologist to read the scan before we left the hospital.  She did, they were both fine and we didn't have to come back.

That weekend was Jonathan's ordination as a priest so we went to his building for that. Marissa was healthy so she got to hold the babies.

Jeanette finally got to meet them.

After coming home Fred and Revina Talker sent their birth present home with me from work.  The distance/having kids has really put a strain on our friendship and we aren't able to see each other, out of work any more.

Sometimes they were pretty cute with each other.

And sometimes, they knew it!

Zoe started acting out a little after the kids came. Short skirts and a halter?  What was she thinking?!  Lainey Lyman was nice enough to share her skirt with Zoe on one of our walks to the park.

2 month pictures.

Stupid basket!

I don't understand why I'm not swaddled or wearing pants!

Life is tough.

2 month check up at Blanding Family Practice.  So cute without clothes.

Silly girl waiting for her shots.

Melissa discovered these swaddle suits.  We ordered one from Amazon.com and Finley's first night he slept 6 hours straight.  We thought it was a miracle.  The next night he returned to waking every few hours.  We kept using a variety of sleep suits for months!  It was easier than swaddling.

Cheese balls!

Melissa wanted the minivan in the garage before winter.  In her momma brain/sleep deprived state she agreed that the 4 wheelers and my tools needed a shop if they were coming out of the garage. I laid out a 30 foot by 30 foot plan in the field, I moved in sometime in December.

We visited Cottonwood Wash with the Lyman's, and half the county, on a beautiful day. The water flows from snow melt, so it is best in the mid spring.

Melissa and the babies spent most of the time in the shade on the sand.

Zoe loved chasing sticks in the stream.

Hannah got a San Juan baptism (toes only), she didn't like it.

Keith and Darlene came for Memorial Day weekend to see the kids.  We walked to Nations of the Four Corners dwellings exhibit down 600 W.  This photo was atop the stone tower.

Melissa always looks good holding these cuties.
