November 2019... be thankful, Thanksgiving and snow are coming.

11/1 - We have another dirt head.  Lilian loves playing in the dirt and sandbox almost as much as Finn.

Zoe's recover is slow and she is required to be on a leash while outside.

11/2 - We decided it was time to get coats and boots and gloves off the floor so we're making a spot.  Also, Hannah and Finn earned their mermaid certificates.

11/5 Melissa arranged a group of ladies to go see the Downton Abbey movie.  They had fun, but strangely didn't do it again...

Back in the dirt.  This is the best time of year.  Not too hot or cold and the days are still long enough for fun evenings outside.

11/9 - I'm batman!  Lilian went through a few days were she was happy to put this mask on and run around for a few minutes at a time.

At the USU Native American Powwow at the Blanding Wellness Center. 11/9/19. We were worried the kids wouldn't like it or would be scared by the noise, but they all loved it and stared at the dancers in amazement.

Grandma Workman leading story time at the library 11/13

Finn's heaven.  He regularly tells us he'll be an "instruction" worker when he grows up.

11/23 visiting "Grandma and Grandpa" Jack.  Don and Shirley have been such a blessing since we had kids.  We are very thankful to have them in our life.

Thanksgiving shirts!

11/25 we took the twins to their first movie at the theatre!  They loved it, but it started at 7 PM and that meant it ended way too late after bedtime! Happy kids at the movie, grumpy pants at home.

11/28, Thanksgiving day, and it is snowing at Nana's!

It seems like the younger you are, the more exciting snow is.

But, Nana likes it too. I guess she's young enough.

Ok, ok, we all love fresh snow... on a day that we don't have to go anywhere.

TIME TO EAT!

And talk...

And lounge... Colt stole all the pillows and fell asleep!

What cuties!

The most energetic Bayless family.

The rest.

The messiest.

The serious eaters.

And some time to relax.
Happy Thanksgiving!  I'm thankful for family.  I'm writing this 2 days after Christmas 2020, it has been months since any large family gatherings... and it is overdue!
