December 2020 Christmas and renovations.

12/1/20 - Starting to put things back together at the new rental.

I wasn't the only one working on a remodel.  Melissa was putting some work into the doll house.

12/2/20 - Finley swinging on the rope at gymnastics.

We found this old "house" cutout in the garage, so Hannah painted it to be a manger scene.

Datebox/Happily date. We might have received our last box months ago... but we're slow so we're still enjoying them.  We had a sushi making date.

With the kids.

All 3 are now chop stick champions.

I don't think any of them tried a bite of sushi roll, but they enjoyed avocados and rice.

The Halloween pumpkins haven't rotted into oblivion yet. So the kids rolled them around the field...

And smashed them in the mud kitchen.

Melissa took on the job of making hats for Brian and Shanda's kids for Christmas. Each child chose a different pattern and they were all quite challenging.

Making cookies with Sister Numbers.  She has been a great friend to Melissa, they go for walks together a couple of days per week.

12/12/20 - Hannah's first dance recital was held at Bluff Resorts.  She danced as one of Mother Ginger's buffoons.  In the performance we watched, the colored circles the girls were trained to stand on were in a different order from normal.  So Hannah went to her spot based on color and danced her routine while the girl who was supposed to be there based on location tried to push her off.  Sorry McCullough family, luckily your daughter got her spot in the other performance.

12/13/20 - Well, we were running low on salsa, so we made some more.

Melissa's finished hats for the Aurich's of Washington.

12/19/20 - Our dining corner coming together.

12/20/20 - Graham cracker houses.

12/23/20 - Visiting Santa at the library story time.

Finn trying to be brave and tell Santa what is written on his Christmas list.

As close as we can get, even without COVID-19 these kids wouldn't want to snuggle up for a photo.

Christmas eve Jerusalem dinner.  Or as the kids call it, "dinner with shows on the floor at Grandma's house."

Merry Christmas!  45 photos on the stairs... come on mom, lets go.  Finn woke up first, then Hannah a while later.  We had to wake up Lilian, and she wasn't exactly sure was was going on.

We opened a Lego set for each kid first thing... then spent time building those while waiting for Grandma and Grandpa to come.

Merry Christmas Chris and Bill!  New plates.

Christmas Girls.

Building Finn's new truck set.

We got a new game from Nana and Granddad, Hawaii Lattice.  It is really fun and good for 2 players.

All 4 of our stinkers enjoying the snow 12/29

12/31/20 - For New Year's Eve we had the Lyman's over for dinner and games to last as long as possible.

Finn fell asleep on the couch before they arrived (weird, that kid has never slept anywhere but his bed) so we figured they needed something active after dinner to help them stay focused.  Friend yoga.

We played with the Lyman's for a couple of hours, but I don't think we made it much past 9 PM.
